Fawzi Melhem is a global water systems strategist and institutional advisor with over two decades of leadership in sustainable irrigation, water efficiency, and resource optimization across arid and urban environments.

He operates at the intersection of policy, infrastructure, and execution—supporting public-sector and governmental entities across the GCC and MENA, as well as leading developers and operators of sustainable and smart cities, in translating long-term sustainability visions into operational water governance, resilient systems, and measurable performance outcomes.

Fawzi is recognized for bridging strategic intent with field-level delivery, advising institutions on smart irrigation frameworks, water intelligence, asset optimization, and capacity development. He contributes regularly as a speaker and panelist to regional and international dialogue on smart irrigation, climate adaptation, and water stewardship.

An alumnus and former Trustee of the American University of Beirut, where he graduated Valedictorian and earned the Penrose Award, Fawzi brings together academic rigor, governance experience, and real-world execution. He is the founder of RADIUS, RCONSULT, and RADIUS Academy, and an EPA WaterSense® Partner.

Through his work, he supports scalable, data-driven water strategies that strengthen institutional capacity, enhance system resilience, and advance sustainable water management in water-stressed regions.
