Fawzi Melhem

Fawzi Melhem is the Founder of RADIUS, RCONSULT, and RADIUS Academy, and a Water Systems Strategist with more than two decades of leadership advancing water sustainability and smart irrigation transformation across the GCC.

He holds an MS in Irrigation from the American University of Beirut, where he graduated Valedictorian and received the prestigious Penrose Award. He later served as an AUB Trustee, reinforcing his foundation in governance, academic excellence, and institutional leadership.

Specializing in data-driven irrigation architecture, urban water optimization, and resilient landscape infrastructure for arid and rapidly urbanizing environments, he operates at the convergence of policy, engineering, and large-scale execution. His work supports governments, master developers, and public-sector authorities in designing and deploying performance-based water strategies aligned with regulatory mandates, climate realities, and long-term resource security objectives.

Through strategic advisory, executive training, and international public speaking engagements, he continues to shape the evolution of intelligent, resilient water systems across water-stressed regions.
